Building trust will be your greatest objective. You can start by creating a killer customer journey and having an amazing customer service strategy.

Asking for reviews after a customer has made a purchase gives you insight into two things:

  • Things you can improve
  • Who your customers really are

Both are incredibly important in building trust with your customers. They are people, just like you, with the same interests and needs. So make sure you make them feel appreciated and listened to.

This alone can turn a bad experience, into a good one.
