Building trust is key, and your top priority when building a dropshipping website.

Make sure that your return policy is clear, easy to access, and completely comprehensive. Liaison with your suppliers and ensure you have an easy way to get in touch about returns and exchanges. Ease your customer into a sale by giving them the comfort of a good return policy.

Another way to build trust is through trust badges. They’re a great way to build trust, and let your customer know that you’re legit and that their money and credit card information is completely safe.

These can be placed right before checkout, or somewhere on your website where they are completely visible.

You need to make sure that you have not only a great return policy, but a very clear return policy that makes your customers trust you. Put it somewhere on your website where people can see it right away so that they feel comfortable buying from you.
This builds trust, and it is absolutely critical to making sales. As we mentioned earlier, building trust with your customer is absolutely critical to making sales. You can do this by making sure that you have trust badges all over your website, most importantly, on the checkout page. Trust badges are essentially small little icons that you gain when you have a very secure and safe payment method.
This helps your customer understand that you're a legitimate small business, and that their payment and credit card information is safe.

One more thing! Once you’re done building your website and incorporating trust-building add ons, make sure that you cover the next lesson and make sure your website is actually loading at a decent time.
