[MUSIC PLAYING] If you're anything like me, your time as a business owner is your most important resource. I teach my students that the best use of your time is spending it on revenue generating activities. You should focus as much of your time as possible on things that produce sales and profits. The goal of all this is to fill up your bank account, right? If so, spending all of your time designing in Photoshop probably isn't the smartest option.

So here is how you can outsource your designs inexpensively and save yourself loads of time. I like to outsource my designs to a designer on fiverr.com. With fiber, you can simply search through their database of gigs, as they call them, and find a designer who has a portfolio of t-shirt designs that fit your style.

I recommend spending $5 to $15 on each design, which is crazy cheap compared to hiring a traditional graphic designer. You'll find thousands of designers ready to work with you in this price range. Your first time on Fiverr, you may have to go through two to three designers before you find one you really like. Once you find one you like, continue to use them every time.

A few other guidelines to follow when using fiber are that you want to be very specific when you're communicating to the designer. Clearly specify your dimensions, colors, font styles, words, even attach a picture or two of a similar design that you're looking to model. This will ensure that you will be satisfied with the design you receive. To recap, I highly recommend that you outsource your designs, never spend more than $15, and be specific about what you want.

Most designers will have your design back to you in 24 to 48 hours, and you'll be ready to upload them to your store.
