From 9-5, Katie is a Senior Manager of Social Impact at Shopify. By working closely with social impact businesses around the world, she is able to build educational tools and provide platform support to launch and grow a successful social enterprise. Prior to Shopify, Katie worked for the the Prime Minister and other federal ministers in policy and communications. Outside of work, Katie is the founder of Copper Root Collective, an eco conscious bath and skincare company based in Ottawa with 100% of the profits from Copper Root Collective go directly to water projects in Zambia. On the weekends Katie can be found hiking with her puppy or playing board games with her hubby.

Gemma is cofounder of venture-backed startup N.A.bld (pronounced "enabled"), a production platform for small batch manufacturing and inventory-free retailing. N.A.bld has worked with 2,000+ brands to date including NBC and Disney to produce sustainably - financially and environmentally - in the USA. Prior to confounding N.A.bld, Gemma also launched Nineteenth Amendment, the only pre-order USA-made marketplace for independent fashion which was the first startup to partner with Macy's Inc. in 2015 and Microsoft for See Now, Buy Now experiences.

Amanda Curtis is the cofounder and CEO of N.A.bld + Nineteenth Amendment, a venture backed platform for sustainable, on-demand, quick-turn manufacturing in the USA which enables inventory-free retailing for brands of all sizes. A fashion designer turned tech entrepreneur, Amanda has worked with over 1,000 fashion brands across 30 countries, and helped forge creative and sustainable retail partnerships with global brands like Disney, Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Microsoft, Dell, and NBC Universal's Project Runway through Nineteenth Amendment and N.A.bld. As a designer, Amanda designed for DVF, RIchie Rich, Maggie London, and took a solo designed collection to London Fashion Week. Amanda is Forbes' 30 Under 30 for Retail & E-commerce, Apparel Magazine's 30 Under 30, and was named one of the National Retail Federation's Person Changing Retail's Future. She is a graduate of Boston University and Parsons School of Design and sits on the Alumni board at Parson The New School and WWD's Innovation Board.
