There are many exciting updates that I cannot wait to share with you today. We'll chat through and demonstrate each of today's product highlights and why they can be important for your business.

Will begin with the new check-out highlight. Let's get started with a big announcement from earlier this month, your customers can now have the same seamless checkout experience on Facebook and Instagram as they do with your online store.

The way we buy the things we love has fundamentally changed. Today, social platforms are our digital main street, and we form relationships with brands based on the online experience they provide every step of the way. That's why for the very first time, we're expanding shop pay the fastest and most secure way to shop online to all Shopify merchants selling on Facebook and Instagram.

With champagne now available as a fast and secure payment option on Facebook, customers will get access to industry leading order shipment tracking and carbon offsets from their deliveries. The full experience becomes available to consumers on Instagram and Facebook, through the shop apps, wallet feature shop pay. Consumers speed through a secure check out where their details are pre populated, once the purchases made, they immediately see order tracking details and how their purchase contributed to offsetting carbon emissions right from within the app.

You saw how quickly that order converted its wild. This is currently available to all merchants on Instagram checkout, no action is required to get started. If you don't yet see pay on your account. This will be rolling out to all existing and new Shopify merchants throughout the first quarter of the year. If you're not yet leveraging sharpey on your online store, consider it, check out on shot pay within the Shopify platform is 70% faster than a typical checkout and with a conversion rate, 1.72 times higher.

The ability to offer shop pay to your customers on Facebook and Instagram is coming soon, if not already, live on your account. On the shipping side of the business, we have shipping speeds to announce this is an integrated solution for you, the merchant, to provide customers with an estimated shipping time range for when they can expect their order to arrive. By communicating estimated delivery times to your buyers at checkout, you are providing clarity and transparency.

This approach helps increase customer satisfaction and confidence and in turn can improve your store's conversion rate. Take out the guesswork and provide your customers with the information they need when they need it. With a few clicks, merchants on any plan can enable this functionality, how usque you'll navigate to the Settings section of your admin and then go to Shipping and delivery.

Within the delivery methods at check out section, you'll click on Manage wraith's. Next to the zone, you want to add a right to click on Add rate. You will now choose your speed and the price you'd like to charge.

If you need to edit a current shipping rate to include a shipping speed, click on the three dots to find edit rate on the rate of your choosing. A pop up will appear again, where you can choose your speed, and price. Conditions can be applied to each shipping rate as needed based on either order, weight or price with minimum and maximum values when complete.

Click done. Don't forget to save all of your changes before navigating away from this page. This product is now available to all merchants in the us, Canada, Germany and France with multiple locations set up in their admin versus just one single location. Keep in mind that shipping speeds don't include processing times and accounts only for the shipping time.

Shipping time, on the other hand, equals the time from when the shipping carrier collects the shipment to when the shipment arrives at the customer's address. If you choose to display and leverage shipping speeds across your shipping rates at checkout, you should also let customers know about your processing times. You can do so by adjusting your checkout language via your online stores theme will drop a link in the chat now for instructions on how to add this message for your customers.

An exciting update for the Shopify mobile app is the ability to use both actions for order and fulfillment tasks. This functionality already exists and the desktop version of the Shopify admin, so this will be a new bulk action feature for all of the mobile users of the Shopify admin out there. Bring more flexibility and speed to your fulfillment process and get products to customers faster with this product update.

This update will help you fulfill orders more efficiently with the flexibility to organize and prioritize orders through filtering and tagging into relevant groups. You can then fulfill those orders all at once or as we say, in bulk, right from your mobile device. Fulfillment workflows you'll be able to do in bulk include marching orders is fulfilled.

Capturing payment. Archiving and archiving products. Plus, creating shipping labels for merchants in the us, Canada and Australia. To start applying these workflows to your business today, navigate to your Shopify mobile app. From the order section, you can now select those orders, you need to manually capture payment for if you are a merchant who has chosen not to automatically capture payment for your online orders.

You can also choose multiple orders to print packing slips for saving you time and energy from clicking through on an individual basis. After you take payment and print your packing slips, click all the orders you'd like to mark is fulfilled to the. If you're currently leveraging the mobile app for your business operations, there's no action required here for you to get started. This update can be really valuable for those merchants whose order volume is increasing.

We are empowering you with the flexibility and mobility you need to fulfill orders directly from the warehouse floor or wherever you need to be.

Our next update is for those merchants who use third party email domains. You can now authenticate your third party email sending domain.

So that any transactional or marketing emails look like they've been sent from your custom email address. This update improves your deliverability, putting your Brand Center stage and making it clear to consumers where replies to the email will be sent, all of which helps you more efficiently communicate with your customers. If you're a merchant that has purchased a domain through shopify, this is handled automatically for you.

And is already in place. So no need to worry here. If you're a merchant who has a custom domain. And currently uses a free email address such as Gmail, you can set up a custom email address to authenticate. Now If you're a merchant who has both a third party custom domain. And a custom email, you will benefit strongly from the following process.

In the general section found in your Shopify settings, you have your store details where you can manage your send their email. This is where you can make your email address, update and click authenticate to proceed. A pop up window will appear to instruct you on your next steps. Spoiler alert, you'll need to log in and perform a set of steps and your third party domain registrar and the quick protip, it's no more technical than the process.

You may have gone through to direct your third party domain to your Shopify store. You can revisit these configuration steps as needed via the link provided. For those merchants that meet this case, don't hesitate to make this update today. You can add DNS settings to your third party domain registrar to make sure emails that are sent from Shopify look exactly like they came from your business with no mention of the Shopify and the From field of the email.

This is for either transactional emails like order confirmations or marketing ones from Shopify email. By authenticating your third party email domain, look forward to increased email deliverability. Ensuring more of your emails show up in customers inboxes and not in their spam folders will also help increase brand recognition and trust.

Your brand name will now be the only one that shows up in your email interaction with customers. We now have two very exciting announcements on the channel's front to share, if you haven't yet heard. First off, us merchants now have a sales channel to sell their items. As a US merchant, you can now establish a wholesale relationship with one of Canada's largest retailers without the difficult navigations of who to talk to and how to connect.

Save time and effort with Shopify ex Canada sales channel, this is an opportunity to sell your products at wholesale prices to Canada to reach Canadian customers through their many winters home sense. And marshals' retail locations. Once you've added the channel to your store via the Shopify app store, you will be able to submit products for consideration.

This is achieved by creating new offers from within your Shopify admin and TJX Canada sales channel. Create an offer by uploading products from your store's inventory and include key information such as an offer name, expiration description, category and whether or not you're including previously returned items.

Review the items in your offer and ensure your offer quantity and unit price is correct for each product. Don't forget to scroll right to set where each items inventory is located before submitting your offer. A buyer will contact you via email or phone to discuss your offer within several days of submission. This sales channel is also available to Canadian merchants announced last year with the channel's original launch.

US and Canadian merchants, if you have stock, you'd rather sell than sit on, connect the TJX Canada sales channel today to set up and get started selling. Establishing a wholesale relationship with one of Canada's largest retailers has truly never been easier to bring offers directly to TJX right from your Shopify admin at this time in the year. It's a great way for you to get rid of your holiday overstock and out of season inventory.

And the second of our sales channel announcements is the TikTok channel, this marketing channel for merchants launched in the US last October and will now be available in 15 new regions as of February. 23rd Those regions are Canada, the u.k., Australia, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, South Korea, Japan, Israel, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

As a merchant, you can now upload your own video ads or even use tech stocks creative tools to create tick-tock ads with your product pictures. Advertise your products to the millions of highly engaged tick-tock users by first installing the free app and the Shopify app store. Once you have the app downloaded on your store, your account created and payment set up, you can quickly start running ads.

You'll need to name this activity, choose the product you'd like to feature and whether you'll upload a video asset you've already created or create a video with the help of tech talk's video generator tool. This tool helps you create TikTok style videos in just minutes, simply upload product images or videos. Choose your settings and the tool does the rest. There's no video production expertise required.

Please note that you'll have to be patient, as it can take around 1 minute to generate these videos. Select your videos and voila, you can preview your creation. Once you have your visual, you will need to set the targeting of your ad or who you'd like to reach. Target your audience with the mix of demographic location and behavioral options, with the chance to adjust your targeting to be as broad or defined as you'd like.

You have many event options to choose from to optimize, including adding to cart or a page view. Keep in mind that the broader your audiences, the less qualified your leaders may be if you target a smaller subset of the market, you can focus more specifically on an action like initiating a checkout versus a page view, set your budget schedule and bid strategy and click Submit to start running your first TikTok ad track results and ultimately manage your orders all from within Shopify.

If you're a merchant keen to reach the young adult crowd, say, ages 13 to 24 years old. And within one of the supported regions, download the app today to get started. TikTok is one of the world's largest social platforms, and it's because of the platforms highly engaged audience. I know. I love it. On the customers front, we've released an update to bridge the gap between customers and their orders. You can now start the process of creating an order directly from an individual record in the customer section of your Shopify admin. This will be a time saver for your business with pre-populated information on that unique individual as you go to create a new order.

This is especially crucial if you're in the middle of helping a customer, whether on the phone or safely in person, and need to quickly pivot and assist with a new order. Multiple steps have now been eliminated, empowering you to offer the best customer service. To get started, this is the customer record you need in your admin. If the customer is new with no purchase history, you will see a section where future orders will live, plus the ability to take action to create a new order.

A draft order will open to begin a new defaulting to include the customer data, you have on record. Now builds out the order you need, as you would with any other draft order. The same is the case for a customer that has placed orders in the past from their customer record, you can give orders that have been placed, the ability to click through if needed on an individual level, plus create a new order.

Jump right into adding products to the new order as you continue your interaction with your customer, apply discounts as needed, and send the order directly to the customer via checkout link or save it as a draft to complete at a later date. No setup required, so you can get moving with this update. Now Save yourself and your team time by creating orders with pre-populated customer information.
