InnoNature started out selling products on Amazon, but while its natural health products were gaining traction, the German company realized that it had limited control over its customer journey and brand story. It wasn’t how the brand envisioned itself in the market.

InnoNature joined Shopify Plus and started selling direct to consumer (DTC), seeing a significant increase in revenue after its first year as a DTC business. Now proudly owning its customer relationships and experience, the brand is also expanding to other markets including France and Switzerland, selling in multiple currencies using Shopify Payments
