[MUSIC PLAYING] COREY FERREIRA: So we got our first sale. Now what? Well, it's time to fulfill this order in Oberlo. With Oberlo Supply imported products the process is easy. Within your Oberlo dashboard you'll see To Order. Clicking that will take you to all the orders that you need to process. What I like to do is go to the last page and start with the oldest order first. The orders are sorted by newest first but I want to give priority to the orders that are the oldest.
Orders with a blue tag or Oberlo logo are orders for Oberlo Supply products that you have imported. Simply click Order Products, select the shipping method, and Oberlo Supply will handle the rest. With AliExpress imported products, the process requires a few more steps but it's pretty straightforward as well. Orders with a red tag or AliExpress logo are processed slightly differently. You'll likely notice the big orange Order Product button.
Clicking this will redirect you to AliExpress' website. The Oberlo Chrome extension will then add the products that need to be purchased to your cart, checkout, and automagically fill in your customer's shipping information for that order. All you need to do is quickly look over the order and pay for it. Once you pay for the order, the Oberlo Chrome extension will then sync the AliExpress order number to the order within Oberlo. This way you can easily bring up the order in AliExpress that's connected to a specific order on Shopify.
Continue to do this with every order and you're done. For me, I take about a minute to process each order. That means if you have 20 orders to process, you can expect to take up to 20 minutes or less to process them all within Oberlo. Once I'm done, I like to go to the AliExpress orders page and click the green button labeled sync all orders. This updates all orders in Oberlo with tracking numbers if any of the orders have been shipped and also adds a tracking number to the order within Shopify which is sent to the customer.
Of course, if this is your first time processing orders, you won't have to do this yet. But as part of my daily order processing routine, after ordering all products, I sync all the orders to Oberlo so that customers receive an email letting them know that their order has been shipped when it's been shipped on AliExpress. Remember, this entire process is invisible to your customer. Now we're going to move on to finding a supplier using Google and Directories.
I'll see you there. [MUSIC PLAYING]
