You've discovered your niche, created a flagship product, and now it's time to validate your product. This is a very important part of the process. You may think you have a brilliant idea for a profitable product though paying customers are the only way to know if your store will be successful. So how do you validate your product? Well, I saw a series of rapid testing. The easiest way to do this is with Facebook ads with my $5 a day strategy.
In module 4, I'm going to show you step by step how to set up your Facebook ads though I want to share this with you right now, so you have an idea of how to do this. Now here is the three-step process to validate after you set up your Facebook account to run ads. Creating a Facebook Ad, this includes finding an image and writing the copy.
Run the ad for three full days on a $5 a day budget. For the ads, I optimize for conversions right out of the gate. On the third day, you decide if you want to kill the ad or you want to continue with the ad and scale it up. So how do you know if your product is effective to sell? Well, number one is you got a sale. Number two, you generated buzz around your product through likes and comments like I want this or I need this, got to have this, or even have people tagging their friends to buy the stuff.
I'm often asked when to officially kill an ad. I definitely kill an ad once I've spent as much on the ad as it costs to buy the product plus $15. So that means if I'm selling something like, I don't know, leggings for $80, once I've spent $95, and I haven't had a sale, that's when I shut it off.
