Hire an independent creative agency who will be thinking of your brand as a whole and considering campaigns. Think of how fashion designers create a campaign lookbook for the season. They create a big splash and buzz with their fashion show, then they also generate assets of photography and video to share with advertising until the next big campaign.
Now, let's look at hiring in-house. You can hire a marketing director or a CMO who will be in charge of the overall look and feel of the content that's being created. When you get to the stage in your business, remember that being clear on your budget is also important. You'll want to build a sustainable long-term company, so be leery of blowing your budget on one-time splashy campaigns or expensive hires if you can't really afford it.
