To show the overall purchase flow for subscriptions from the customer perspective, we begin first on the product page for Carl's Cuisine dog food. The customer first selects the Subscribe and Save option, which prompts the selection box to expand and show 2 options: one for a monthly delivery at 10% savings and another for a weekly delivery at 20% savings. The customer selects Monthly and then clicks an "Add to cart" button. A screen pops up to show the selection and the user then clicks "View Cart." From there, the customer is taken to an order summary screen, and clicks "Checkout." From there, the customer is brought to a payment screen that shows the recurring amount the customer will be charged every month. The customer clicks "Pay now" and is brought to a confirmation screen, where there is the option to select "Manage subscription."
